Insight Management Systems ("IMS," "iSightCare," "we," "us") operates the iSight childcare management platform, including the staff web portal, parent mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service.

1. Who we are

iSight is a childcare management software platform used by early learning centers, daycares, and preschools. We process data on behalf of centers (our customers) and their families and staff.

2. Information we collect

Depending on your role (parent, staff, or administrator), we may collect:

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, password (stored securely), and role.
• Family and child information: enrollment details, emergency contacts, authorized pickups, attendance, progress records, and related childcare data entered by your center.
• Communications: messages, community posts, feedback, and newsletter interactions within the platform.
• Photos and media: profile photos, daily feed images, and lost-and-found report images you choose to upload.
• Billing information: invoice and payment status. Payment card processing may be handled by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Device information: basic device and app usage data needed to deliver push notifications and maintain security.
• AI interactions: questions and messages sent to InsightAI to provide assistance within the Service.

3. How we use information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the iSight platform
• Authenticate users and enforce role-based access
• Enable communication between centers and families
• Process billing and enrollment workflows
• Send service-related notifications (as configured by your center)
• Provide InsightAI assistance and support
• Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations

4. Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with:

• Your childcare center — administrators and authorized staff at the program you are enrolled with
• Service providers — hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and infrastructure partners under contractual obligations
• Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect rights and safety

5. Data retention

We retain information as long as needed to provide the Service and as required by your center's agreements and applicable law. Centers may request data export or deletion subject to contractual terms.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and secure authentication. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we continuously work to protect your data.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Parents and staff should contact their childcare center administrator first; you may also contact us at privacy@isight.live.

8. Children's privacy

iSight is used by childcare centers to manage programs for children. The parent mobile app is intended for parents and guardians, not children. Child information is entered and managed by authorized center staff and parents under the center's policies.

9. International users

Our services are primarily operated in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to processing in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date.
