Common topics
Parents — can't sign in?
- Make sure you selected Family (not Staff) in the app or at uvims.myinsightapp.com.
- Use the email address your childcare center registered for your account.
- Try "Forgot password" or request a one-time verification code.
- Contact your center's front office if your account hasn't been activated yet.
Staff — dashboard access
- Sign in at uvims.myinsightapp.com and select Staff with your staff credentials.
- New staff receive an invitation email to set a password.
- Ask your center director if you need role permissions updated.
